In the beginning I had an issue connecting and getting started. Customer support was responsive and followed up. I am able to connect multiple devices while in the car and all of the grandkids tablets connect for a peaceful ride. I'm impressed with the signal and the convenience of recharging the unit.

Just received today. Plugged it in, turned it on, and it immediately connected to 4G. Streamed 2 movies and it didn’t buffer a single time! I live in a rural area where satellite internet has been our only option. So far this is working better than satellite internet! Very happy with this purchase.
